Control bars for window mechanism

The control bars and guide rails which are fitted into a window frame to operate the catches are made using strip material folded to form a multi layer structure. The strip material is folded through 180 deg at each fold and the structure is reinforced by rolling groove and ridge profiles. The final width of the bars fits the fitting grooves. No cutting or post working is required.
