The vehicle (1) has at least one fan (3.1-3.4) at the side, with at least one telescopic retractable element (5.1-5.4) crosswise to the direction (2) in which the vehicle is traveling. Each two facing retractable elements belong to one retractable arrangement (6.1,6.2) one of which is wider than the other. Each fan arrangement has at least one driven ventilator element (4.1,4.2). Each retractor can be tilted by a tilting unit (10) controlled by pneumatic electric or mechanical control elements (11).
