Calender roll unit for paper web

The calender unit has at least one stack of rolls in a calender stand, with their ends in bearings and able to be fixed to the stand by holders. There are guides to take the paper web through the roll gaps. The holders are in the form of individual modules (3-11) for fixing to the calender stand (12) to support the rolls. They have connecting devices for selective grouping on the stand.
