On successful check of reaching facility for the subscriber (MA1,2...) of the selected part-network (FA,FB,FC), the connection to the subscriber is set-up. On an unsuccessful check, the central system of the first part-network (FA) sets-up sequentially connections to the other part-networks. An identification code of the air interface between the mobile and base part (BA,BB,BC) of the mobile telephone is transmitted to the other part-network by special characteristics provided by the digital coupling network. On successful transmission of the identification code and the source information from the first part-network, the connection to the other part-network is broken. These part-networks check the reaching facility and, on positive result, set-up the connection according the source information.
