PURPOSE:To prevent removement of the casing connected face for higher reliability by means that a casing of a non-contact ignition system is communicated with a housing of a distributor by an air duct to keep the casing inner pressure at an atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:The box-shaped casing 1 of this non-contact ignition system is made up by an aluminum heat radiating plate 1a, a plastic resin case 1b, and a cover 1c and is fit on a housing 3 of a distributor 2 with a screw 4. A control circuit 10 is stored in the casing 1 and is filled with silicon gel. Through the silicon gel and air expand at high temperatures, an air duct 13 made in the case 1 to communicate with the internal of the housing 3 prevents the casing 1 from increasing in inner pressure without destructive probability of the casing 1. |
