PURPOSE:To provide a press-in jig which can perform press-in by a prescribed press-in force and make an operator aware of the completion of the press-in. CONSTITUTION:A feeding screw 7 and a knob 8 for setting the pressure of a spring 4 are fitted. A piece 9 which has a flat surface in contact with the spring 4 through a rotary sphere 6 at one edge and a spiral groove in which an engagement pin 9a moves, at the other edge, piston 3 which is turnable and has a projection part fitted in the recess of the piece, and a piston 2 which has a spiral groove in the reverse shift to the above-described spiral groove and whose revolution is regulated by an engagement pin 9b, having the other edge as press-in pit 10 are provided. A work is pressed-in by applying a constant repulsive force of the spring 4 through the retreat and advance of the piece 9 in the spiral groove, by the operation for pressing the work by the press-in pit 10. The press-in is confirmed by the shock noise between the projection part of the piston 3 which is shifted by releasing the spring 4 and the spiral groove of the piston 2. |
