摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the positioning apparatus, for an orientation device for an ultrasonic flaw detection and inspection machine, which is small and lightweight, which is handled easily and which can deal with an alignment pin irrespective of the erected and installed position of the alignment pin. CONSTITUTION:An upper-part fixation device 22 and a lower-part fixation device 23 are mounted on, and attached to, a cylindrical frame 21 which is fitted into an alignment pin 12 for a nuclear-reactor container 11, a laser- oscillation-side measuring device 24 which detects the self-propelled position of an ultrasonic flaw detection and inspection machine is supported by a support mechanism 25 so as to be capable of being rocked freely. Three air cylinders which press the outer circumferential face of the alignment pin 12 so as to make every axial center of the frame 21 coincide are installed at the upper-part fixation device 22. Air cylinders 52 are installed at the lower-part fixation device 23 in such a way that every axial center of one pair of holding rollers 51 which come into contact with the inner face of the nuclear-reactor container 51 coincide with that of the frame 21 by pressing the outer circumferential face of the alignment pin 12.
