摘要 The circuit includes adjustment to detection of capacitor high and low charge states. The capacitive oscillator includes a capacitor (14) and a circuit (20,30,34d, 37,39) for charging and discharging the capacitor (14) that delivers capacitor charge and discharge currents. A detector (40,42) senses high and low threshold values of the charge on the capacitor, in order to provoke charging when the low threshold is attained, and discharging when the high threshold is attained. The oscillator further includes a transistor (50) that adjusts the voltage values of the high and low thresholds of the detector, as a function of the charge and/or discharge current of the capacitor. This provides compensation for the current variations which arise due to variations in temperature.
