Transport carton for fragile items such as electronic components

A carton for the storage and distribution of especially high-value fragile products (11) has a foil hammock (10) slung between two diagonally opposed corners within the carton. The hammock envelopes the product top and bottom. The carton end-flaps (2) prevent lateral movement, and are held inclined inwards by a secondary tab (3) glued to the inner face of the carton panel (8). During transport the two main side flaps (4,5) are closed and glued.
