PURPOSE:To ensure the effective elimination of the effect of the floating capacity in case the shapes of both various lead-out electrodes and the terminal electrode are large with a small space between the input and the output electrodes by securing the balanced electrode structure of a high symmetric performance for the various types of lead-out electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric ceramic plates 12 and 13 are the input and output electrodes provided on the surface of piezoelectric ceramic plated 11; and piezoelectric ceramic plates 14 and 15 are the input and output opposing electrodes provided on the back of plate 11 respectively. Electrodes 12 and 14 as well as 13 and 15 are opposing to each other centering on plate 11. Input and output lead-out electrodes 16 and 17 are led out toward the side part in the opposite directions to each other via electrodes 12 and 13 and in the same line width to 12 and 13. Input and output opposing lead-out electrodes 18 and 19 are led out to the up and down directions via electrodes 14 and 15. Various types of terminal electrodes 20-23 are provided at each corner of plate 11 to be connected to electrodes 16-19. In such way, the effect of the floating capacity can be eliminated effectively.
