The sealed joint between wall tiles is a holder profile (1) in the joint gap, with a U- or C-shaped profile to give two legs (3,4). One leg is a wall section (5) between the projecting legs (3,4), forming a groove opening. The wall section (5) has an extension (5') along a longitudinal side of the holder profile (1), projecting beyond the plane of the adjacent leg (4). A sealing profile, of a durably elastic material, is inserted into the groove of the holder profile with one of its profiled sections to be held in place by a ratchet and/or clamped fit while the other profiles bear against the flanking surfaces of the tile joint with an elastic pressure. The holder profile (1) is of plastics or a corrosion-resistant metal, and the sealing profile is of a plastics with durable elasticity.
