<p>By using a pair of operating means which operate in opposite directions such as cooling and heating, the response functions of a control system are identified; in the control where the operation values for equalizing the controlled value to the target values at several future time points, the operating pair are closed from the current time point; when means (full-closing pair) for fully closing the operation pair are provided, the control value is calculated for estimation in a state that the full-closing pair are opened, and the operation value to be settled by one member of the operation pair having a static characteristic with the same sign as the difference between the target value and the estimated value is found; when the obtained operation value is negative, the operation value is found by the other of the operation pair; and when that value is also negative, the operation pair are both settled to 0. By using the operation pair by which the operation value is obtained last time, the operation value is found while the full-closing pair on the other side is fully closed; when the value is negative, the original operation value is used while the closing pair are kept open; and when the value is not negative, that value is used as the operation value. Since the operation value of at least one of the operation pair can be settled to 0, the energy can be saved.</p> |
