A synthetic resin internal die foam molding method, comprising the steps of filling material beads (5) into a cavity (4) formed by a core die (2) and a cavity die (3), heating and foam-fusing the filled beads (5) so as to form a foam-formed product, and cooling, releasing, and taking out the product, wherein the material beads are filled while filling air is discharged through a clearance (18) formed between the core die (2) and the cavity die (3) when the material beads (5) are filled so as to improve the filling capability of the material beads (5) at the outer peripheral edge part (4a) of the cavity (5) or at least a chamber (31) on the rear side of the core die (2) forming a bottomed narrow difficult-to-fill part (40) to which the material beads (5) are difficult to be filled is held at a negative pressure relative to the atmospheric pressure of the material beads filled from a filling device (26) into the cavity (4), a part of the predicted filling amount of material beads (5) is fed so as to intensively fill them into the difficult-to-fill part (40), and then the remaining amount of predicted filling amount of beads is fed so as to fill the material beads (5) in the entire cavity (4), whereby the filling capability of the material beads (5) at the difficult-to-fill part (40) of the cavity (4) can be improved.
