<p>An integral wiper assembly (1, 21, 31, 41) comprises a plurality of beam tiers formed by at least a first beam tier (2, 22, 32, 42, 54) and a second beam tier (3, 23, 33, 43, 55). The assembly (1, 21, 31, 41) includes coupling means (6, 8, 9; 26, 27, 28; 38, 39; 46, 48; 51, 52, 53) between beam tiers in order to allow lateral displacement of the respective beams (2; 22; 32; 42; 54; 3; 23; 43; 55; 4, 56) for appropriate load distribution and deformation of the wiper assembly (1, 21, 31, 41) to a vehicle windscreen. The wiper assembly (1, 21, 31, 41) includes a wiper blade arrangement (5, 25, 35, 45, 58).
