<p>The invention relates to a method for detecting primary signals of cellular communication of mammal (including human) cells outside an organism. According to said method polymer beads with a diameter of between 5 and 100 νm which are loaded with at least one antibody specific to these primary signals are mixed with mammal (including human) cells capable of transmitting these primary signals and incubated under physiological conditions in a cell culture. The cells are stimulated by an external stimulus into emitting the primary signal and polymer beads capture the emitted primary signals which are then rendered measurable with the aid of a further antibody to which a molecule is coupled which permits detection.</p> |
