PURPOSE:To perform effective mixing of objects by operating a mixer consisting of a rotary drum with standing partition walls provided on its inside wall, a rotary frame fitted with stirring bars, and a stirring shaft with stirring bars in such a way as to produce a relative speed among the constitutent elements. CONSTITUTION:The mixer 1 consists of the rotary drum 2, the rotary frame 3, and the freely rotatable stirring shaft 4. When turning the drum by the driving motor 6, the objects to be mixed are moved upwards by the standing partition walls 5 provided on the inside wall of the drum and then dropped, during which sufficient stirring and mixing are made by a relative movement of the first stirring bar 12 provided to the rotary frame 3 and the second stirring bar 16 provided to the stirring bar 16 provided to the stirring shaft 4. With the mixer, liquid or solid wastes can be converted into harmless powdered substances effectively. |
