PURPOSE:To make the mixing treatment of subsequent process quick and complete by performing the preliminary mixing of raw materials by dropping simultaneously raw materials to be mixed at a common place from respective hopper. CONSTITUTION:Each of raw materials is housed in each of the storage tanks 2a- 2g by the distributor 21, put in each of the hoppers 5a-5g from each of the outlets 3a-3g, and then sent to the hopper scale 6 through each of the feeders 4a-4g. The hopper scale is divided into plural chambers vertically, and weighed raw materials are separately housed in the plural chambers and dropped at a time by opening the lid 11 for premixing. The premixed raw materials are then sent to the mixer 13 through the adequate feeders 12, 23 and 24 for complete mixing. |
