The present invention pertains to the field of polyurethane-containing polymer materials and may be used for producing sealing coatings, seals and glues. This invention essentially involves preparing a composition that contains 100 parts by weight of a urethane prepolymer of the USR-PLF type (urethane synthetic rubber-PFL), from 13 to 20 parts by weight of an amine curing agent, from 7 to 35 parts by weight of an organic solvent as well as an additive consisting of a mixture that comprises titanium dioxide and zinc oxide according to weight ratio of between 1:2 and 2:1. The films and coatings thus obtained can be used in aqueous media in erosion or water-erosion conditions, and exhibit good adhesion characteristics to various surfaces, e.g. an adhesion of 17.0 n/m to steel, of 13.8 n/m to plexiglas and of 13.0 n/m to rubber.
