The present invention relates to a diagnostic agent for MR diagnosis. Said agent can be obtained by attaching a first constituent, i.e. cell or tissue specific compounds, to tissues and by subsequently reacting them with a second constituent that interacts with the first constituent by means of a specific molecule. The non-bonded particles of the first constituent are optionally reacted with a third constituent. Surprisingly, it was noted that the effect of the contrasting agent pertaining to the aggregated constituents is greater in MRT than the sum of the effects of the individual components.
