Disclosed are methods for identifying antigens, termed neglected target tiss ue antigens, that do not become involved as targets of an abnormal immune response (such as allergy or autoimmunity or more generally inflammation); also disclosed are methods of using NTTA for inducing regulatory responses a nd thereby abating abnormal inflammatory immune responses.
