<p>The present invention relates to a modified enzyme which comprises a catalytically active amino acid sequence of an enzyme, linked via a non-amino acid linking region to an amino acid sequence comprising a Cellulose Binding Domain. The present invention further relates to laundry detergent and/or fabric care compositions comprising such modified enzyme. These compositions provide a higher effective concentration of the enzyme at its substrate location and therefore, improved enzymatic benefits.</p> |
