<p>PURPOSE:The captioned coat which comprises using refractories, activators, water- soluble high polymers containing carboxyl groups and water and which has good adhesiveness and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:For example, zircon flower 100 parts, isobutyrene-maleic acid anhydride copolymer 4-8 parts, activator 0.05-0.2 part and water 30-50 parts based on weight are mixed and agitated. The coat thus prepared is brushed on a vacuum mold and before it dries, sand is charged and a vacuum is made to set the sand.</p> |
