PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food vessel with excellent sealing performance, by eliminating groove formation on a vessel or a lid body by equipping an inner lid detachably held and fastened between the lid body and the vessel and forming a groove detachably containing a seal packing on the inner lid. SOLUTION: This food vessel can be used as a lunch box and has a vessel 1, a lid body 2 and lock pieces 3 and 3, and an inner lid 8 between the vessel 1 and the lid body 2. The inner lid 8 is made of synthetic resin formed in a unit body and has a periphery groove wall 11 with an almost U-shaped cross section, on which a groove 10 to detachably contain a seal packing 9 is formed. A frieze board wall 13 to close an opening part 1a of the vessel 1 is extended from the inner periphery wall 11b of the periphery groove wall 11 and an attachment container room 14 for such as chopsticks is formed thereon. Thus, by covering the inner lid 8 to the vessel 1 and engaging parts 27 of the lock pieces 3 and 3 to the underside of an engaging dent 6a, an opening rim 1b of the vessel is water- and air-tightly sealed. |
