FIELD: technology of fitting of cartridges of circular ignition. SUBSTANCE: pressing of breaking composition is carried out in circular zone adjoining zone of circular ignition. Punch has section with conical working surface which height is commensurable with clearance in zone of circular ignition and section with butt circular surface. Bottom part of case can be formed in the form of truncated cone with base diameters 0.5-0.7 of case diameter and height comparable with clearance in zone of circular ignition and angle by vertex equaling 60-90 deg. During pressing of powder wad on side facing basic charge one or several conical recesses are formed. EFFECT: increased reliability of fitting. 3 dwg
