FIELD: microbiology, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method uses white mice of the strain BALB/c as experimental animals who are like to humans by their species resistance to glanders. Animals are infected with glanders pathogen of the strain LD<SB>50</SB>-5 at the dose 30 û adapted to murine body by multiple passage using this animal species. Infection is performed in dynamic aerosol chamber (diameter is 0.29 m) at the rate of air flow 0.5 m/s, output of aerosols generator by air - 30 l/min, by liquid - 1.5 ml/min, for 5 min as infection time, at concentration of bacterial suspension taken for spraying - 10<SP>9</SP>m cells/ml. The developed biological model can be used in experimental studies in different branches of science and practice, in part, for development of scheme for early diagnosis of pulmonary glanders under laboratory conditions.
