<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a gas flow rate measuring device less in power consumption and strong in shock, by constituting the temperature-dependent resistance at upper and lower streams of electric heater, and itself through the formation of electric resistance film on the inner wall of a flow rate measuring tube. CONSTITUTION:An electric insulator 210 is located in an aluminum-made flow rate measuring tube 9 which measures the flow rate of air via vibration-proof spacer 200, very thin vapor deposition film of platinum, etc. is formed on the entire circumference of the inner wall of the insulator 210 or a part of it, to constitute the 1st and 2nd temperature-dependent resistance 11, 12. An electric heater 10 and the 1st and 2nd temperature-dependent resistances 11, 12 are connected to a measuring circuit, and the air temperature difference heated with the heater 10 is obtained as the resistance value change of the resistances 11, 12, and the flow rate of air can be obtained from it.</p> |
