SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary setting of priority to incidents depending on their dangerousness, distributing monitoring posts over serviced region, their connection to interface of central station computer by means of electronic information carrier lines, comparison of received data to preliminary ranged data by means of corresponding computer software, sending results of comparison into computer memory unit and simultaneous displaying of these data by color signal on computer display.
