摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an energy volume density by connecting leads from a electrode body with a simple means without a welding process for save space for the leads in a current collecting processing part. SOLUTION: This wound electrode type battery has an electrode body 10 wound spirally with band-shaped positive and negative electrodes having active materials formed in surfaces of their current correcting bodies, and with a separator sandwiched between the positive and negative electrodes. Plural rectangular leads 14 are formed extended from one end part to be a winding end face of the electrode body 10 in at least one of the positive and negative electrodes to a winding center axis direction of the electrode body 10. A bolt 20 and a nut 30 are arranged in the winding end face of the electrode body 10 so as to sandwich and hold the leads 14 to be collected toward the winding center of the electrode body 10.
