PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operatability, a workability, an inflammatory reaction proofness and strength by composing from a Ca containing glass and/or a crystal glass powder, a poly-methacrylate powder, a methacrylate monomer and an osteoplastic factor. SOLUTION: A stated ratio of a Ca containing glass powder which is made of for example 40-50 wt.% of CaO, 30-40 wt.% of SiO2 , 10-20 wt.% of P2 O5 , 0-10 wt.% of MgO and 0-2 wt.% of CaF2 , Ca-containing crystal glass powder and about 130,000 of an average molecular weight of a poly-acrylate powder are prepared. Then, a dibenzoyl peroxide is introduced to the Ca-containing glass, the Ca-containing crystal glass powder and the polycryslate powder as a polymerization initiator, furthermore, a methyl methacrylate of a meta-acrylate monomer and a BMP-2 which is made a cloning of an osteoplastic factor carrying material is formed. Thereby, an operatability, a modulus of elasticity, bending strength, surrounding os state, surrounding tissue reaction proofness can be improved. |
