PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know at the site at the reduction in the managed number of prepared dishes for each managed menu. SOLUTION: Each managed menu key is formed by a display menu key 41K allowed to be switched to at least two sorts of display formats and a display format selection switching control means for selectively switching the display format of each display menu key 41K and a set management number discrimination control means for discriminating whether the number of remaining dishes in each managed menu at the point of time is reduced to less than a previously set management number or not by referring to a preparation number management table are built in the menu data input device. At discriminating that the remaining number of dishes of the managed menue is less than the set management number, the display format of the display menu key 41K corresponding to the managed menu is so formed as to be selectively switchable. |
