BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate executing the change of an installation place of a resident terminal and the change or addition of functions. SOLUTION: A server side computer(SC) 8 is connected between a network 6 only for building management and an in-building intra-network 7. A browser program in a personal computer(PC)10 connected to the intra-network 7 is started and an information transmission request is outputted to the SC 8. Thereby a server program in the SC 8 is started, and the current state information of various management points which are collected/stored in a central monitoring device 4 is sent to the PC 10. The PC displays the current state information of various management points sent from the SC 8 on a display. At the receiving of the information transmission request, state information browsing software is transmitted from the SC 8 to the PC 10.
