PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform V-shaped processing of a cutting line part on a skin without being influenced by the thickness of the skin and to prevent a rejected article from being molded by providing a cutting blade moving back and forth in the bottom mold direction by means of a cylinder in a top mold and providing an electrode confirming amt. of moving forward of the cutting blade in a bottom mold. SOLUTION: A skin 10 is set in a bottom mold 2 and a urethane material is fed and mold registering is performed with a top mold 1 and heating is performed and by placing the urethane material between an insert 7 and the skin 10, a layer of the urethane 9 is integrally foamed with the insert 7 and the skin 10. After the urethane 9 is cured, a cutting blade is moved forward by actuating a cylinder 3 and the skin 10 is processed into a V-shape and is cut by means of the cutting blade 5. In this case, an electrode 6 and the cutting blade 5 are energized with electricity to confirm the V-shaped processing by an energization confirming part 14. Therefore, when the energization confirming part 14 is not energized, it is recognized that the cutting blade 5 does not cut in by an appropriate amt. and in that case, an appropriate amt. of cutting can be performed by correcting amt. of stroke of the cutting blade 5. |
