PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the plan of running a transport means optimized overall within a specified time. SOLUTION: First, a running order/transported variety setting means 9 sets the running orders of transport means and the varieties of transported articles based on the attribute of each transport means and the initial state thereof. Then, simulating means 10 simulates the running of each transport means based on a specified constraint, and calculates the arrival date and volume of articles for each variety. Subsequently, an article stock amount transition calculating means 11 the transition of the stock amount of the articles for each variety based on the result of the simulation, and an evaluation value calculating means 12 calculates an evaluation value based on a specified evaluation function. This process is repeated by an optimizing means 13 while changing the running order or the transport means and/or the varieties of the transported articles, and the running order and the variety of transported articles when a specified finishing condition is satisfied are set as optimal solutions. Thus, the running plan of transport means optimized overall within a specified time is made. |
