PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the security of the entire system by increasing the entire system capacity and controlling transmission power of a mobile station correctly while conducting soft hand-off. SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system 1 where pluralities of base stations 2a, 2b and a mobile station 3 that moves between cells 4, 5 formed by the base stations 2a, 2b are connected by a code division multiple access system and transmission power is controlled by the base stations 2a, 2b, and soft hand-off control where the mobile station 3 and the base stations 2a, 2b are simultaneously connected by at least an outgoing link control signal is conducted and hard hand-off control is conducted for an outgoing link signal other than the outgoing control signal. |
