PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for crumpling a raw laver or providing a roughly cut laver with a crumpled property so as to improve the property of the laver. SOLUTION: This method comprises roughly cutting a raw laver and passing it through crumpling fine slits movable relatively thus providing it with a crumpled property. The other objective device is obtained by sequentially connecting a means for feeding a liquid mixture of water and the raw laver, a means for roughly cutting the raw laver and a means for feeding the raw laver through rubbing fine slits. |
