PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the contact capability of a porous body of an oxide semiconductor, on which a coloring matter is carried with a transparent electrode, and enhance conversion efficiency by arranging a dense film constituted with an oxide semiconductor same as the porous body between the transparent electrode and the porous body of the oxide semiconductor. SOLUTION: A transparent electrode 2 is formed on the surface of a transparent glass substrate 1, and an oxide semiconductor dense film 8 which the use of the same semiconductor as a porous body 3 of the oxide semiconductor is formed on the transparent electrode 2 by using an oxygen reaction deposition method or a sol-gel process for an oxide semiconductor solution. The porous body 3 of the oxide semiconductor is formed on the dense film 8, and a coloring matter is carried on the porous body 3 of the oxide semiconductor. An electrolyte 6 is arranged between a facing electrode 5 installed on a substrate 4 and the porous body 3, and the surrounding is sealed with a sealant 7. The contact capability between the porous body of the oxide semiconductor and the transparent electrode 2 is enhanced via the dense film 8 such as titanium oxide, and the conversion efficiency in a solar cell is improved. |
