PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the point at issue such that the thickness of a rubber sheet is not stable because winding tension is not constant when the rubber sheet having a predetermined length is wound around a cylindrical mold by manual work and the terminal end part of the rubber sheet is not linearly abutted to the leading end part thereof and adhesive strength becomes irregular when the end parts of the rubber sheets are overlapped by manual work. SOLUTION: A mold length measuring roller 3 having an encoder attached thereto is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical mold 2 to be allowed to make a turn to measure and record the outer peripheral length of the mold and, thereafter, the cylindrical mold 2 is rotated while the cut leading end part of a rubber sheet 1 is pressed to the mold 2 by a pressure contact roller 4 and the rubber sheet 1 with a length calculated by subtracting a cut position constant from the outer peripheral length of the cylindrical mold 2 is wound to stop the mold and, after the terminal part of the rubber sheet 1 is cut, the rubber sheet 1 having the length corresponding to the cut position constant is wound. |
