PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumable cartridge and an image forming device constituted so that only a toner storing part can be independently and separately exchanged from a process cartridge and a foreign matter such as paper powder included in recycled toner is previously removed so as to prevent the deterioration of image quality. SOLUTION: In the device equipped with the toner cartridge 20 used in the image forming device provided with a toner recycling mechanism by which the residual toner on a photoreceptor left after transfer is recovered and recycled, attachably/detachably attached to a developing device D and rotated in a state where it is attached to the developing device so as to discharge toner from a discharge port to the developing device side; a foreign matter removing device 22 receiving the recycled toner from the toner recycling mechanism and removing the foreign matter in the recycled toner is attachably/detachably attached to the vicinity of the discharge port 21a of the cartridge 20. The device 22 is constituted of a meshed partition member 24 removing the foreign matter from the received recycled toner and a movable oscillator 23b rolling along the surface of the member 24 so as to prevent clogging. |
