SOLUTION: A fail judging means 110 of a CPU judges whether abnormality of communication is generated in an interface or not, and in the case where at least one abnormality of communication is generated, the fail judgment flag is set. When the fail judgment flag is set, the CPU sets the rank of confidence for de-forte, and the rank of confidence of each part is set to the initial value as the lowest rank of confidence.
