PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for evaluating fluidity of a resin wherein a frame deformed by flow of the resin in a cavity formed in a mold is evaluated and data on pressure, etc. of the resin in the cavity are simultaneously collected and recorded. SOLUTION: An apparatus for evaluating fluidity of a resin which evaluates flow process of a resin 9 in a cavity 2 is provided and a mold 10 has a light passing part 11 made of a light-permeable substance in the cavity 2 and the apparatus has a frame deformation detecting part 12 for detecting deformation of the lead frame 7 by irradiating the lead frame 7 with light through the light passing part 11, an image photographing part 13 for photographing the flow process of the resin, a resin pressure detecting part 14 in the cavity, a resin pressure detecting part 15 in a pot, a part 16 for detecting position of a plunger and a recording part 30 for collecting and recording simultaneously the results detected by each detecting part and the results photographed by the photographing part. |
