PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a capping pouring cylinder easily from a mouth of a packaging container without reducing a fitting strength and the appearance. SOLUTION: This capping pouring cylinder made of a plastic is formed by fitting an outer cylinder 8 and an inner cylinder, both having the same axis, under pressure into a circular mouth B of a packaging container, causing a protruding stripe provided on an inner face of the outer cylinder to get over a protruding stripe provided at an open edge of the mouth, and mounting it to the packaging container. A half-cut line 20 is formed in an upwardly oblique peripheral direction from the lower edge of the surface of the outer cylinder 8, while extending up to the protruding stripe of the outer cylinder 8, preferably up to a position over the mouth side protruding stripe after the outer cylinder is fitted into the mouth under pressure. Thus, part of the outer cylinder is separately cut by means of the half-cut line 20 and, when the separate cutting portion goes over the projecting stripe, a press fitting force is reduced, and the pouring cylinder P becomes easier to be moved and can easily be removed from the mouth B of the packaging container. When the pouring cylinder P is taken out of a mold, the half-cut line is formed by being caught by a thin blade provided to the mold into the outer cylinder 8 of the pouring cylinder P. Since the half-cut line is fine, a press fitting strength is not also reduced and, further, the half-cut line is hardly visualized and its design effect is not also impaired. |
