摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a beat signal generated by interference and to prevent the S/N ratio of a signal outputted from an angular velocity sensor from being lowered by specifying relation among the driving frequency of a driving element, the exciting frequency of the angular velocity sensor and the cut-off frequency of a filter. SOLUTION: By the angular velocity sensor part 101, deflection is detected and outputted to a band-pass filter(BPS) part 102 as an angular velocity signal. Then, this signal is filtered by the BPS part 102. By the driving element 107 of a correction optical part 111, a correction optical element 108 is driven so as to negate the deflection based on the detected angular velocity. Besides, the frequency (fg) of a signal for exciting the sensor part 101, the fundamental frequency (fp) of mechanical vibration occurring by the driving of the element 107 and the cutoff frequency (fc) of the high band side of the BPS part 102 are set so as to satisfy the relation of fc<|m.fg-n.fp|. Provided that (m) and (n) are optional integers being >=1 and they show the degree of the higher harmonic of the respective frequencies (fg) and (fp) when they are >=2.
