PURPOSE:To improve the waterproof and the durability, by soldering the surface the surface of a metallic film of a high polymer material, where the metallic film is formed preliminarily, and the surface of a metallic material to form a piezoelectric transducer for example. CONSTITUTION:A brass metallic case 15 covered with a plastic case 17 and a front electrode 13 consisting of a copper film which is stuck to the upper face of a surface additional film 14, which is 25mum thick and consists of an aromatic polyamide, with a thickness of 1mum by electrolytic plating are adhered to each other by a solder 16. A piezoelectric film 11 consisting of a poured vinylidene polyfluoride and a rear electrode 12 consisting of a copper plate molded to have a recess surface are adhered to the electrode 13 by an epoxy adhesive and are supported by a Bakelite substrate 18, and a conductor 8 is led out. Thus, an ultrasonic transducer is obtained where the reliability is high electrically and the waterproof and the durability are improved specially. |
