PURPOSE:To obtain the nozzle prominent in the working accuracy thereof easily in a short time with a good yeild by a method wherein the material of glass is pressed and bonded by a mechanical die under a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:The material of glass 1 is kept in a high temperature near the temperature of softening point thereof an is pressed by the die 4 provided with a protruded pattern 5 to form the recessed section. The surface 7 of the material of glass 1, pressed and deformed, is made into a flat surface 9 by mirror grinding and is put on the ground surface 11 of a coated glass material 10 so as to be contacted each other. The glass materials 1, 10 are heated by a heating and pressing means 13 to a temperature higher than their proper glass distorsion spot and lower than the softening point and are pressed with a predetermined pressure of lower than 10kg/cm<2>. A DC voltage is impressed by a DC high voltage source 15 inbetween the heat plate 2 and the pressing means 13 to adhere the glass materials 1, 10 electrostatically and thereby enabling to keep the contacting condition between both of the materials in a better condition. |
