PURPOSE:To enable receiving of an external signal to a table through a cable and applying of a given torque to the cable, by controlling a spin of a slip ring, contacting the cable for transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the outside through detection of a turn of the table whereon device are placed. CONSTITUTION:Through detection of a turn of a table 15, whereon devices 17 and 18 are placed, by means of a rotary angle detector 24, running of a step motor for a slip ring unit 21 through the working of a trace controller 25. This prevents the application of a useless torque to the cable 20 with which a device 21 is connected to a connector 19 for the table 15 and through which a signal is transmitted and received to and from the outside, and prevents the cable from twisting. Or, a given torque, corresponding to an rotation angle difference previously set by a relative turn of the table 15 to the device 21, is applied to the cable 20, and this permits the application of a torque, corresponding to a disturbance condition, through the cable 20, which results in performing various types of continuous tests in a stable manner for a long period of time without mounting of a power source or the like to the table. |
