PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the number of items of sound data for every day by managing whole schedules recorded with sound. SOLUTION: A CPU 32 completes an alarm entry table by successively adding data read out from a flash memory 9 to the table. The CPU 32 calculates how many alarms have been set for every day by reading out data for every day based on the completed alarm entry table and then displays a monthly schedule screen on a liquid crystal display panel 41 and also displays dots by the number of items to be alarm-set for every day.
