PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, and to facilitate manufacture by connecting to a center boss by simultaneously vulcanizing/molding the sensor rubber part through a support spring and a plate, and installing a load sensor in the hole part of the center boss. SOLUTION: A plate 6 connected through a rubber-like elastic material-made support spring 5 to a case 1 for supporting an electromagnetically driven actuator 9 is molded in the shape of covering a center boss 8 on the upper side of the sensor rubber part 7. The sensor rubber part 7 is vulcanized/adhered to the under surface of the plate 6 and the whole upper surface of the center boss 8, and is simultaneously vulcanized/molded by a support spring 5 and the same kind of rubber. A projection 7a formed in the lower part of the sensor rubber part 7 is inserted into a hole-like sensor installing part 8d arranged in the flange-shaped plate part 8b of the center boss 8, and the size of an input load is detected by pressing a load sensor 23. Thus, since the support spring 5 and the sensor rubber part 7 can be simultaneously vulcanized/molded, the number of part items can be reduced. |
