PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding performance and foot placing performance of tandem riders by forming a downward recessed place on a tandem foot step. SOLUTION: A tandem foot step 12 is installed in two places on a frame by screws by forming a recessed place 12a in a part. Therefore, when heels of tandem riders are positioned in the recessed place 12a as shown by a two-dot chain line, since there is no need to forcedly extend ankles, feet can be placed in a comfortable state. The swelling part 11a swelling sideward is formed in an upper side cover 11 of the recessed place 12a. In relation to this, the foot placing surface of the recessed place 12a can be positioned on the under side of the swelling part 11a by avoiding this swelling part 11a by lowering a position of the bottom surface of the recessed plate 12a by forming the recessed place 12a. That is, a riding-on time space of the tandem riders can be secured.
