PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate crosstalk form other non-measuring sample and obtain true count value for each sample in a device, for which a plurality of racks are arranged on a rack table and each sample held on the rack is measured with detecting units. SOLUTION: Traversing detection units 20, a rack carriage route is set and each sample position on the rack carriage route is defined as evaluation positions. At each evaluation position, crosstalk contribution fraction is determined in advance based on the geometrical relation to the detection units 20 and the crosstalk of each sample is estimated based on the crosstalk contribution fraction. In actual operation, matrix operation equation utilizing reverse crosstalk matrix is used.
