PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the image of a fluorescent lamp and an unevenness in the brightness without a loss of the luminous energy by a method wherein uneven straps are provided on both faces on a light source side, an image receiving layer of ink for ink jetting is provided on the outside face, the distribution of the brightness by the light source is substantially unified. SOLUTION: By combining an uneven strap face 5a and an ink image receiving layer 6b, the loss of a transmitted light quantity is substantially eliminated, and an unevenness in the brightness can be removed. Also, a light dispersing transparent sheet 5 having the uneven strap face 5a and an ink jet image receiving transparent film 6 are separately formed, and a panel assembly for which the light dispersing transparent sheet 5 and the ink jet image receiving transparent film 6 are combined, can remove an unevenness in the brightness in the same manner, substantially without a loss of the transmitted light quantity, and in addition, has an advantage wherein the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Also, by combining two sheets of the light dispersing transparent sheets 5 having the uneven strap face 5a, and substantially crossing the orientation of the protruding straps on both sheets in that case at a right angle, the light dispersing effect can be increased. |
